How to Create a QR Code for Links, Wi-Fi, Text, Email & Phone

Choose the QR type first, enter only the data you want to share, keep strong visual contrast and scan the exported code before publishing or printing it.

Step-by-step workflow

    Choose the QR type

    Select Website/Link, Text, Wi-Fi, Email or Phone according to the action you want after scanning.

    Enter the data carefully

    Check URLs, email addresses, phone numbers and Wi-Fi credentials for typing errors.

    Choose size and contrast

    Use a dark foreground on a light background as the safest starting point.

    Generate and preview

    Confirm that the QR preview appears correctly before downloading.

    Scan the final PNG

    Test the downloaded QR with a phone before placing it in a poster, card or document.

Do not encode private data by accident

Anyone who can scan a public QR may be able to read the data inside it. Avoid publishing Wi-Fi passwords or private contact information unless you intend to share it.
