Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ConnexaX processes files, prompts, technical data, advertising identifiers and browser storage, including how Google AdSense and consent messaging can operate on the site.

1. Who operates ConnexaX

ConnexaX is a creator-tools website available at connexax.com and is developed and operated under Narayan Industries (NRI). In this policy, “ConnexaX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the ConnexaX service and its operator.

2. Information you choose to provide

  • Contact form: when you contact us, we receive the name, email address, topic and message you submit so we can deliver and respond to the inquiry.
  • Files and images: some tools accept images, documents or other files that you choose to process. Whether the content remains on your device or is sent over the network depends on the specific tool.
  • Prompts and scripts: AI-assisted tools can receive text prompts, scripts and selected generation settings. Network-dependent AI features may send this information to the provider used to generate the requested output.

3. Browser-side and network-dependent tool processing

ConnexaX uses browser-side processing where practical and labels network-dependent workflows separately. The current implementation includes the following processing patterns:

  • Background Remover: the selected source image is processed locally in your browser. ConnexaX does not upload that selected image to a ConnexaX background-removal server or to a third-party background-removal inference API. The browser may download model, WebAssembly or runtime assets needed to run the feature.
  • Image Compressor, Smart Resizer and many converters: supported processing is performed in the browser. Some formats or device limitations can affect what the browser can encode or decode.
  • AI Image Generator: prompt text and selected generation parameters are sent to the external image-generation service configured for the feature.
  • AI Audio Generator: script text and selected voice settings are sent through a ConnexaX API route to the speech service used by the current implementation.
  • Contact form: contact details and the message are transmitted to our server and email provider for delivery and reply handling.

Even when a tool processes a selected file locally, normal website requests can still expose ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and requested asset URLs to hosting, CDN or security providers.

4. Browser storage and local feature state

ConnexaX may use localStorage, IndexedDB, Cache Storage or similar browser storage for product features such as AI image history, generated-audio counters, PWA resources, interface preferences or other local state. This data normally remains in the browser until it is cleared by the feature, by you, or by the browser.

Older versions of ConnexaX used a custom localStorage advertising-consent preference. That custom preference is no longer the mechanism used to control Google AdSense consent. Advertising consent for regions where Google requires a certified consent-management platform is handled through the applicable Google Privacy & Messaging flow when it is enabled for this site.

5. Technical, security and service-delivery data

When you visit ConnexaX, our hosting, CDN, security, advertising and service providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, URLs, referrer information, security signals and diagnostic logs. This information can be used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure service performance and protect infrastructure.

6. Google AdSense, cookies and advertising identifiers

ConnexaX uses Google AdSense for advertising. As a consequence of ad serving, third-party vendors including Google may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to collect information related to ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, measurement, reporting and, where permitted, personalization.

Google and its advertising partners may use information from visits to ConnexaX and other sites or apps according to the consent, account settings, advertising configuration and laws that apply to the user.

7. Consent management for the EEA, UK and Switzerland

Google requires publishers using AdSense to use a Google-certified consent management platform (CMP) integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) when serving personalized ads to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.

ConnexaX is prepared to use Google's Privacy & Messaging CMP for applicable traffic. Where that Google message is enabled in the ConnexaX AdSense account and applies to the visitor, it can request consent, present management options and communicate the resulting consent signals to Google and participating advertising vendors. The exact choices displayed can vary by region, Google configuration and applicable law.

The presence of the AdSense tag in ConnexaX code does not by itself complete CMP setup. The European regulations message must also be configured and published in the connected AdSense account before relying on it for applicable users.

8. Personalized and non-personalized advertising

Depending on consent, Google settings and regional requirements, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, limited or not served. Even non-personalized or limited advertising can involve technical processing for functions such as security, fraud prevention, delivery, frequency control and measurement where permitted.

9. How we use information

  • to provide the tool, output or feature you requested;
  • to respond to support, bug, privacy or business inquiries;
  • to maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot failures;
  • to remember browser-side feature state where a product feature uses local storage;
  • to operate, measure and support advertising according to the applicable Google configuration, consent signals and legal requirements;
  • to improve reliability, usability and performance of the service.

10. Retention

Retention depends on the type of information. Browser-local data remains until cleared. Contact emails may be retained for as long as reasonably needed to answer an inquiry, maintain records or resolve disputes. Technical logs may be retained according to operational and security needs. Content or identifiers processed by third-party services can be subject to those providers' separate retention practices and settings.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service, but no website, browser application, internet transmission, email system or third-party service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or other secrets through the contact form or AI prompts.

12. Your privacy choices

  • Use the Google consent message and its privacy or cookie settings controls where the message is available for your region.
  • Use Google Ads Settings to review advertising-personalization controls associated with Google.
  • Clear or restrict cookies, localStorage and other site data through your browser settings.
  • Contact us about privacy questions or information you submitted directly through the ConnexaX contact form.

Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. Exercising a browser or Google advertising control may not delete information previously retained by another provider under its own legal basis or retention rules.

13. Third-party services and international processing

ConnexaX uses third-party infrastructure and APIs for some features, advertising, email delivery, hosting and security. Those providers may process data in countries other than your own and may publish separate privacy policies, terms and data-transfer information. ConnexaX does not control every aspect of third-party processing.

14. External links

ConnexaX may link to external websites, documentation or service providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. A link from ConnexaX does not make us responsible for a third party's privacy, security or content practices.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the product, advertising configuration, providers, consent mechanisms or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the current revision.
